Log in to DirectAdmin from the Domain India client area, which signs you in for you. 1. Getting started and logging in

2. Email
DirectAdmin hosting includes email accounts at your domain. Webmail opens at https://yourdomain.com/webmail or https://yourdomain.com/roundcube; there is no webmail.yourdomain.com address on DirectAdmin.

Outgoing mail on DirectAdmin hosting is limited to 1,000 messages per day per account.
3. Files, FTP and Git

MySQL port 3306 is closed from the internet. Your website connects over localhost; from your own computer, use phpMyAdmin or an SSH tunnel.

Softaculous is installed on our DirectAdmin servers for one-click installs of WordPress and other apps. The PHP upload limit is 64 MB, and DirectAdmin serves index.html before index.php when both exist.

Weekly account backups run with JetBackup 5 every Sunday, and five copies are kept. You can download or restore them yourself from JetBackup in DirectAdmin.

8. Resource usage, logs and errors

Jailed SSH access is available on every shared hosting plan (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Webuzo). It is off by default; ask support to enable it for your account. Logins use an SSH key, not a password.

Where is the official DirectAdmin documentation?
DirectAdmin publishes its documentation at docs.directadmin.com. It covers all DirectAdmin servers, including administrator features that hosting customers do not see. Domain India's own DirectAdmin guides describe how the panel is set up on our hosting.
How do I log in to DirectAdmin on Domain India hosting?
Log in to the Domain India client area, open your hosting service and use the DirectAdmin login button. It signs you in to the panel without typing a panel password. The panel itself runs on port 2222.
What is the webmail address on DirectAdmin hosting?
Open https://yourdomain.com/webmail or https://yourdomain.com/roundcube, and sign in with the full email address and the mailbox password. There is no webmail.yourdomain.com address on DirectAdmin hosting.
How often is my DirectAdmin account backed up?
Weekly. JetBackup 5 takes an account backup every Sunday and keeps five copies. You can download or restore backups yourself from JetBackup in DirectAdmin.
Does DirectAdmin hosting include SSH?
