Backup and Restore
JetBackup (cPanel)
- Login to cPanel
- Find JetBackup in the sidebar or search
Types of Restore
- Full Account: Restores everything (files, databases, emails, settings)
- Home Directory: Restores files only
- Databases: Restores specific databases
- Email Accounts: Restores email data only
How to Restore
- Open JetBackup
- Choose restore type
- Select a backup date (multiple dates available)
- Click Restore
- Wait for completion
Download Backup
You can also download a backup to your computer:
- JetBackup > Full Backups
- Select date
- Click Download
Important
- Backups are automatic (daily)
- Restore overwrites current data
- Download a backup before making major changes
