Terms of Participation

Fair, transparent, and built to last

We want affiliates who grow with us. These rules keep the program honest and sustainable for everyone.

  • No self-referral — your own account, household members, and staff cannot generate commission through your link.
  • Same IP / device between your affiliate click and the new signup will disqualify the referral.
  • Commission is held for 60 days after each sale to cover our refund window. Refunded sales reverse the commission.
  • First-purchase only — renewals and repeat purchases by the same customer are not commissioned.
  • No bidding on our brand keywords ("domain india", "domainindia", "domain india pvt ltd", or any misspellings/variants) in paid search or display ads.
  • No cookie stuffing, typo-squat landing pages, popunders, incentivized click traffic, or spam (email, SMS, WhatsApp unsolicited to non-consenting lists).
  • Fake accounts, duplicate signups, or coordinated rings result in forfeiture of all pending commissions and termination of the affiliate account.
  • We reserve the right to manually review any referral, and to reject or reverse commission for activity that appears to violate the spirit of the program.
  • Minimum payout threshold: Rs 5,000. Payouts are made via NEFT or UPI to an account registered in the affiliate's own name — no third-party or proxy accounts.
  • Rates are reviewed periodically and may change; existing pending commissions are honoured at the rate in force at the time of the referring click.

By joining the program you agree to these terms. Violations result in commission reversal and may lead to affiliate-account termination.

Common questions about our affiliate program

Joining is free. Create a Domain India account, open the Affiliates section in your dashboard, accept the Terms of Participation, and your unique referral link appears immediately.
Flat per-product rates: shared/reseller hosting up to 15%, VPS/Cloud 10%, SSL 10%, dedicated servers 5%, domain registrations/transfers 2%. Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (after taxes and refunds).
Commission sits in a 60-day review window after each sale to cover the refund period. Once cleared, it is paid out monthly by the 15th of the following month via NEFT or UPI, subject to the Rs 5,000 minimum payout threshold.
The attribution cookie lasts 90 days. If someone clicks your link and registers within 90 days, their first purchase is credited to you — even if they bought a few weeks after clicking.
Your own website, blog, YouTube channel, newsletter, or legitimate social media. Paid advertising that directly bids on our brand terms ("domain india", "domainindia.com") is not allowed; other paid traffic is fine.
Commission is paid on the referred customer's first purchase only. Renewals and subsequent purchases by the same customer do not generate additional commission — this keeps the program transparent and protects our margin on repeat business.
Commissions can be clawed back for three reasons: the customer refunded within 60 days, the referral was flagged as self-referral (same account, same IP, same device), or the referral violated the Terms of Participation. We always email you when a clawback happens.
No cap on total commissions if you play within the rules. The 15% hosting rate and 2% domain rate are the limits, but the volume is up to you.
