Business email is priced per mailbox, per month, with a minimum of two mailboxes. You pay only for the mailboxes you actually create — there is no package to outgrow and no bundled allowance you are paying for and not using. Longer billing terms carry a discount, shown at checkout.
No. Business email is a standalone product and works with a domain registered anywhere. You point a few DNS records at us and your mail moves across. If you also host your website with us, that is fine too — but it is not required, and this service is separate from the basic mail that comes with a web hosting plan.
The email bundled with a web hosting plan runs on the same server as your website and is intended for light use. This is a dedicated mail platform: a modern web app with calendar, contacts, tasks and full-text search, DKIM signing on outbound mail, its own security controls, and a mail server that runs independently of your website. If email matters to your business, this is the one to choose.
Yes. The service speaks standard IMAP and SMTP over TLS, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android all work. Connection settings are shown inside your account, and you can issue a separate app password for each device.
Yes. Our support team assists with migration from your current provider, including existing messages and folders. Tell us who you are moving from when you order and we will plan the cutover with you so nothing is lost in between.
Contact support and we will add them to your service. Additional mailboxes are charged at the same per-mailbox rate for the remainder of your billing term.
