Everything about your Domain India account and its billing lives in one place: the client area. You sign in once and find your invoices, payments, renewals, orders and billing address under Billing, and your profile, security and team under Account. This short guide shows where each billing task is done today and links the full guide for each one.

Key takeaways

Sign in at /client/login and open Billing: Invoices, Orders, Payments, Renewals and Billing address. Pay an invoice by opening it and clicking Pay Now. Domain India never charges a saved card automatically: a renewal invoice is generated up to 30 days before the due date, and the service renews only when you pay it. To stop a renewal, use Don't renew on the Renewals page.

1. Where billing lives in the client area

Billing tabWhat you do there
InvoicesSee every invoice with its status, pay an unpaid one, download a PDF or tax invoice
OrdersSee everything you have ordered and its status
PaymentsSee every payment received, with date, invoice, gateway and transaction reference
RenewalsSee what renews when and what it costs, and switch a renewal off
Billing addressThe address and GST number printed on your invoices

Your name, email address, phone, company and GSTIN are on your Profile. Keep the email address current: invoices, renewal reminders and ticket replies all go there. See updating your profile.

2. Paying an invoice

  1. Open Invoices
at /client/invoices. An unpaid invoice shows Payment Due, or Payment Overdue after its due date.
  2. Open the invoice and click Pay Now.
  3. Choose a payment option.
The page offers Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets), Atom Pay, Stripe (cards), PayPal and Bank Transfer, depending on what is enabled when you pay.
  4. Tick the terms box and pay.
Once confirmed, the invoice shows Payment Received and a Download Tax Invoice button.

Prices on the website exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. Add your GSTIN before you pay if you need it on the tax invoice. Full details: payment methods and viewing and paying invoices.

3. Renewals: an invoice, never an automatic charge

Domain India does not store your card for automatic charges. "Auto-renewal" means a renewal invoice is generated, up to 30 days before the due date, and emailed to you. The service renews only when that invoice is paid.

If you don't want a service to renew, open Renewals, choose Don't renew for it and confirm, or simply leave the invoice unpaid. There is no penalty for declining. Read how auto-renewal works for what happens to a domain or hosting account that is not renewed.

4. Upgrading your plan

Open your hosting service from Hosting › My hosting and choose Change plan. An upgrade raises an invoice for the prorated difference plus GST, and the new plan applies once that invoice is paid. A downgrade is scheduled for your renewal date. Moving to a different control panel or to a VPS is a new order, not a plan change. See upgrading your hosting package.

5. Cancelling and refunds

To stop a service, decline its renewal (section 3), or open a ticket at /client/support/new and ask us to cancel it. Refunds follow our refund policy: new shared and reseller hosting purchases can be refunded in full within 30 days. Renewals, domains, SSL, add-ons, setup fees and VPS once provisioned are not refundable.

Where do I see my Domain India invoices?

How do I stop a service from renewing?
