Closing Your Account

Before You Close

• Download any data you need (files, emails, databases)
• Cancel all active services first
• Pay any outstanding invoices
• Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Close Account
2. Read the warning carefully
3. Enter your password to confirm
4. Click Close Account

What Happens

• All services are terminated
• All data is permanently deleted
• You cannot log in again
• Domain registrations continue until expiry (non-refundable)

Alternative

If you just want to stop a specific service, use the service cancellation option instead of closing your entire account.
