Updating Your Profile
How to Update
- Go to Profile in the client portal
- Edit your information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Address (street, city, state, postal code, country)
- Company name (optional)
- Click Save Changes
Why Keep It Updated
- Invoices use your profile information
- Support team needs accurate contact details
- Domain registration requires valid contact info (ICANN requirement)
- eKYC verification matches your profile to your ID
Changing Your Email
Contact support to change your account email address. This requires identity verification for security.
