Updating Your Profile

How to Update

  1. Go to Profile in the client portal
  2. Edit your information:

- Full name

- Phone number

- Address (street, city, state, postal code, country)

- Company name (optional)

  1. Click Save Changes

Why Keep It Updated

  • Invoices use your profile information
  • Support team needs accurate contact details
  • Domain registration requires valid contact info (ICANN requirement)
  • eKYC verification matches your profile to your ID

Changing Your Email

Contact support to change your account email address. This requires identity verification for security.
