**Hosting refunds apply only to new purchases**, not renewals. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

**Server products** (VPS, Dedicated Servers) are non-refundable once provisioned, regardless of usage.

**Unused account balances and credits** are non-refundable and non-transferable. Account credits expire upon account termination.

**Promotional or discounted services** may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

Submit a refund request via support ticket within the eligible period

Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Partial month usage is not prorated

Services terminated for Terms of Service or AUP violations are not eligible for refund

Chargebacks or payment disputes void refund eligibility

Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable

Refunds are not available for services already consumed or partially used beyond the eligible refund period
