How to Pay an Invoice
- Log in to your Domain India client area
- Go to Billing → Invoices
- Click on the unpaid invoice
- Click Pay Now
- Select your preferred payment method
- Complete the payment
- You will receive a payment confirmation email
Payment Security
- All payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
- Domain India does not store your card details
- 3D Secure / VBV / SecureCode authentication is used for card payments
- All pages are encrypted with SSL/TLS
Payment Issues
If your payment fails or is deducted but not reflected:
- Wait 15 minutes — some payments take a moment to process
- Check Billing → Invoices — refresh the page to see if the invoice is now marked as paid
- If still unpaid after 30 minutes, do not pay again — contact Domain India support at https://domainindia.com/support with:
- Invoice number
- Payment amount
- Transaction ID or UTR number from your bank/UPI app
- Screenshot of the payment confirmation
GST on Payments
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- 18% GST is added to all invoices
- Your GST-compliant tax invoice is available under Billing → Invoices
- Add your GSTIN in Settings → Billing for proper tax invoices
Tips
- Pay invoices on time to avoid service suspension
- Set up auto-renewal to receive invoices automatically before due dates
- Keep a valid payment method ready for quick payments
