Payment Issues

If your payment fails or is deducted but not reflected:

  1. Wait 15 minutes — some payments take a moment to process
  2. Check Billing → Invoices — refresh the page to see if the invoice is now marked as paid
  3. If still unpaid after 30 minutes, do not pay again — contact Domain India support at https://domainindia.com/support with:

- Invoice number

- Payment amount

- Transaction ID or UTR number from your bank/UPI app

- Screenshot of the payment confirmation

GST on Payments

  • All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • 18% GST is added to all invoices
  • Your GST-compliant tax invoice is available under Billing → Invoices
  • Add your GSTIN in Settings → Billing for proper tax invoices

Tips

  • Pay invoices on time to avoid service suspension
  • Set up auto-renewal to receive invoices automatically before due dates
