Updating Your Profile

Keep your {{COMPANY_NAME}} account profile up to date to ensure you receive important notifications, invoices, and support communications.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to your {{COMPANY_NAME}} client area
  2. Go to My Account → Settings → Profile (or click your name → Profile)

What You Can Update

Personal Information:

  • Full Name — your first and last name
  • Email Address — your primary contact email (used for login, invoices, and all notifications)
  • Phone Number — your contact phone number
  • Company Name — your business or organisation name (appears on invoices)

Address:

  • Street Address — your correspondence or registered address
  • City — your city
  • State / Region — your state
  • PIN Code / ZIP — your postal code
  • Country — your country

Updating Your Email Address

Your email address is critical — it is used for:

  • Account login
  • Invoice and payment notifications
  • Domain renewal reminders
  • Support ticket communications
  • ICANN domain verification emails
  • Password reset

To update your email:

  1. Go to Profile settings
  2. Enter the new email address
  3. You may need to verify the new email address by clicking a confirmation link
  4. Ensure the new email is valid and accessible

Updating Billing Information

For billing-specific details (GSTIN, billing address), go to Settings → Billing instead of Profile. See our Billing Settings guide for details.

Updating Domain Contact Information

Your profile information is separate from your domain WHOIS/registrant contacts. To update domain contact information:

  1. Go to My Domains → click on the domain
  2. Update the Contact Information for that specific domain
  3. This updates the WHOIS records at the registry

Important Notes

  • Keep your email current — losing access means you cannot reset passwords or verify transfers
  • Profile changes do not update domain WHOIS records — update those separately under My Domains
  • You can also change your password and enable 2FA from Security settings
  • For assistance, contact {{COMPANY_NAME}} support at {{SUPPORT_URL}}
