Domain India sells four main cPanel hosting plans: Starter, Growth, Business and Agency. They share the same control panel, security and tools; what changes is how many websites, mailboxes and databases you can have, and how much storage and bandwidth you get. This page puts the four side by side, with the prices and limits exactly as the live plans list them, so you can choose in a few minutes.
cPanel Starter (₹125 a month) suits one website. cPanel Growth (₹200) hosts up to 5 websites and 50 mailboxes. cPanel Business (₹350) hosts 25 websites with unmetered bandwidth, and cPanel Agency (₹500) hosts 100. Every plan includes free SSL, weekly JetBackup backups, Softaculous and WP Toolkit, and jailed SSH on request. Prices are Domain India list prices on 24 September 2026, excluding 18% GST.
1. The four plans side by side
| Plan | Price a month | Websites | NVMe storage | Bandwidth a month | Email accounts | MySQL databases |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| cPanel Starter | ₹125 | 1 | 25 GB | 50 GB | 10 | 5 |
| cPanel Growth | ₹200 | 5 | 50 GB | 100 GB | 50 | 10 |
| cPanel Business | ₹350 | 25 | 100 GB | Unmetered | 150 | 50 |
| cPanel Agency | ₹500 | 100 | 250 GB | Unmetered | 300 | 100 |
All prices exclude 18% GST. The plan page shows prices per month; at checkout you choose the billing cycle (monthly or one to three years), and longer cycles show their saving on the order page. The cPanel hosting page always has the current figures.
"Websites" counts your main domain plus any addon domains, each with its own site. Subdomains of those websites are not counted as extra websites.
- 25 GB NVMe SSD Storage
- 50 GB Monthly Bandwidth
- 1 Website
- 10 Email Accounts
- 50 GB NVMe SSD Storage
- 100 GB Monthly Bandwidth
- 5 Websites
- 50 Email Accounts
The cPanel hosting page also lists cPanel Ultimate (₹740 a month) and cPanel Enterprise (₹1,100 a month), but without published limits. If you are considering either, ask support what it includes before you order.
2. What every cPanel plan includes
A few details that matter when you plan a site:
- Jailed SSH: available on every plan but off by default. Ask support to enable it, and log in with an SSH key. See Enabling and accessing jailed SSH.
- Composer does not run on shared hosting, because the PHP functions it needs are disabled. Build locally and upload the
vendor/folder. The full list is in PHP disabled functions on shared hosting. - Outgoing email: each account can send 200 messages per hour. For newsletters, use a mailing service.
- Uploads: PHP accepts uploads up to 256 MB, and phpMyAdmin imports up to 50 MB.
- Web server: Apache, with nginx in front. Use WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache for WordPress page caching.
- Not included: Redis and other in-memory caches are not available on shared plans.
3. Which plan should you choose?
Three questions settle most choices:
- How many separate websites will you run? This is the hard limit that most often forces an upgrade.
- How many mailboxes do you need? Count people and shared addresses such as
accounts@. Addresses that only forward to another mailbox do not use a mailbox. - How much storage will files, email and backups kept in your account use? Large photo galleries, videos and years of email use it fastest.
If you are unsure, start smaller. You can move up at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of your term.
4. Upgrading later
From the client area, open your services, select the hosting service and choose Change plan. You pay the difference between the two plans for the time left until your renewal date, plus GST, and the new limits apply as soon as that invoice is paid. Moving down is scheduled for your renewal date. The full rules are in Can I upgrade my web hosting package at any time?.
Before you upgrade because a site is slow or shows "Resource Limit Is Reached", check your usage first: a bigger plan adds websites, storage and mailboxes, but a slow plugin stays slow. See How to check resource usage.
5. cPanel or another panel?
| If you want | Consider |
|---|---|
| The panel most tutorials show, with WP Toolkit | cPanel (this page) |
| The same essentials at a lower price | DirectAdmin, from ₹100 a month |
| A website without managing hosting at all | The AI Website Builder |
| Root access, your own software or a separate IP address | A VPS (self-managed, no cPanel) |
For a detailed comparison, read cPanel, DirectAdmin and Webuzo compared and VPS vs shared hosting.
6. Ordering and refunds
Order from the cPanel hosting page, or log in and use Order New in the client area. Most hosting accounts are created automatically within a couple of minutes of payment; a small number need a manual check and take longer. New shared hosting purchases can be refunded in full within 30 days; renewals cannot. See the refund policy.
What is the cheapest cPanel hosting plan at Domain India?
cPanel Starter, at ₹125 a month excluding 18% GST (list price on 24 September 2026). It includes 1 website, 25 GB NVMe storage, 50 GB monthly bandwidth, 10 email accounts and 5 MySQL databases.
Which cPanel plan lets me host more than one website?
cPanel Growth hosts up to 5 websites, cPanel Business up to 25 and cPanel Agency up to 100. cPanel Starter hosts a single website, so it cannot take an addon domain.
Do all cPanel plans include free SSL and backups?
Yes. Every Domain India cPanel plan includes free Let's Encrypt SSL through AutoSSL and weekly JetBackup backups, taken every Sunday with five copies kept, which you can restore yourself.
Is SSH access included with cPanel hosting?
Jailed SSH access is available on every shared hosting plan, including all cPanel plans. It is off by default; ask Domain India support to enable it for your account, and log in with an SSH key.
Can I upgrade my cPanel plan later?
Yes. Open the hosting service in the client area and choose Change plan. You pay only the difference for the rest of your term, plus GST, and the new limits apply once that invoice is paid.
Can I get a refund if the plan does not suit me?
New shared hosting purchases, including cPanel plans, can be refunded in full within 30 days. Renewals are not refundable.
