Managing Accounts

From the E-Mail Accounts page:

  • Modify — change password, quota.
  • Delete — remove the account.
  • Suspend/Unsuspend — temporarily disable.

Accessing Email

Webmail (Roundcube)

  1. In DirectAdmin, go to E-Mail Manager > Roundcube.
  2. Or visit your server's webmail URL directly.
  3. Log in with your full email address and password.

External Email Clients

Use these settings:

ProtocolServerPortSecurity
IMAPmail.yourdomain.com993SSL/TLS
POP3mail.yourdomain.com995SSL/TLS
SMTPmail.yourdomain.com465SSL/TLS

Username: your full email address.

Email Authentication

For better deliverability, configure:

  1. SPF: Go to DNS Management > add a TXT record for SPF.
  2. DKIM: Go to E-Mail Manager > DKIM Keys > enable DKIM.
  3. DMARC: Add a TXT record for _dmarc.yourdomain.com.

Tip: DirectAdmin usually configures SPF and DKIM automatically. Check the DNS zone to verify.
