In the Domain India client area, your services are grouped by product in the left menu: hosting under Hosting › My hosting, domains under Domains › My domains, and VPS, App Platform, AI Website Builder and Business Email in their own sections. This page shows how to find a hosting service and what you can do from its Manage page.
Open Hosting › My hosting to see every hosting account with its domain, plan, status, next due date and billing period. Click the panel button to open your control panel, or Manage to see three tabs: Overview, Access (username, server IP, panel URL and a password reset) and Plan & billing (renewal date, Renew now and Change plan). Renewals are invoices you pay; nothing is charged to a card automatically.

1. Open your hosting list
- Sign inat the client area.
- Choose Hosting › My hostingin the left menu (/client/services/hosting). Reseller accounts are under Hosting › Reseller hosting.
- Find your account.Each row shows the domain, plan, status, next due date and billing period. Use the search box or the status filter if you have many.
2. What you can do from each row
- Open the control panel. While the account is Active, the row has a button named after its panel: cPanel, DirectAdmin, Webuzo or Plesk. cPanel and DirectAdmin open already signed in; the Webuzo button opens the Webuzo login page, where you enter your Webuzo password.
- Manage. Opens the account's own page (section 3).
- Pay now. Appears on a new order that is waiting for payment, and opens its invoice.

4. Renewals and cancellation
A renewal invoice is generated up to 30 days before the due date and emailed to you. The service renews only when you pay it; Domain India never charges a saved card. See how to renew your services.
To stop a service at the end of its term, open Renewals and choose Don't renew. There is no immediate cancel button: for that, or for a refund, open a ticket. See how to cancel a service.
Invoices, renewal reminders and ticket replies go to the email address on your account. Check it under Account › Profile, so a missed email never takes your website offline.
Where is My Services in the Domain India client area?

How do I open cPanel or DirectAdmin from the client area?
Open Hosting, My hosting, and click the panel button on your account's row. It appears while the account is Active and opens the panel already signed in. The Webuzo button opens the Webuzo login page instead.
Where do I find my hosting username and server IP?
Click Manage on the hosting account and open the Access tab. It shows the username, server IP, panel URL and a Reset password button.
Can I renew a hosting service before its due date?
Yes. Open Manage, then the Plan and billing tab, and click Renew now, which takes you to the Renewals page for that account. You can also pay the renewal invoice under Billing, Invoices once it has been generated.
How do I cancel a hosting service?
Choose Don't renew on the Renewals page, and the service ends at the end of its paid term. To stop it immediately or request a refund, open a support ticket.
