My Services Overview

The My Services page in your {{COMPANY_NAME}} client area is your central dashboard for viewing and managing all your active hosting and service subscriptions.

Accessing My Services

  1. Log in to your {{COMPANY_NAME}} client area
  2. Click My Services in the navigation menu
  3. You will see a list of all your services with their status and details

What You Can See

For each service, the list shows:

  • Service name — the hosting plan or product name
  • Domain — the primary domain associated with the service
  • Status — Active, Suspended, Pending, or Cancelled
  • Billing cycle — Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual, etc.
  • Next due date — when the next renewal payment is due
  • Amount — the renewal price

Service Status Meanings

StatusMeaning
ActiveService is running and fully functional
PendingOrder placed but awaiting payment or setup
SuspendedService suspended due to overdue payment or policy violation
CancelledService has been cancelled and will be/is terminated

Managing a Service

Click on any service to access its management page, where you can:

  • Login to Control Panel — SSO access to cPanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk
  • View server details — hostname, IP address, nameservers
  • Change password — reset your control panel login password
  • Upgrade/Downgrade — switch to a different plan
  • Renew — manually renew before the due date
  • Request Cancellation — cancel the service (immediate or end-of-term)
  • View related invoices — see all invoices associated with this service

Service Notifications

  • Renewal invoices are generated and emailed before the due date
  • Suspension notices are sent if payment is not received by the due date
  • Reactivation is possible during the grace period — pay the outstanding invoice

Tips

  • Bookmark the My Services page for quick access to all your services
  • Keep your billing information and payment methods up to date to avoid service interruptions
  • If a service shows as Suspended, check Billing → Invoices for unpaid invoices and pay them to reactivate
  • For any service-related issues, contact {{COMPANY_NAME}} support at {{SUPPORT_URL}} with your service details
