Webmail lets you read and send your email from any browser, with nothing to install. For the email included with a Domain India hosting plan, go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with your full email address and the mailbox password. Business Email is a separate product with its own address.
On cPanel hosting, open https://yourdomain.com/webmail, https://webmail.yourdomain.com or https://yourdomain.com:2096. On DirectAdmin, use /webmail or /roundcube; on Webuzo, /webmail. Business Email is at https://mail.yourdomain.com:8443/. The username is always your full email address, and the password is the mailbox password.

- Open the addressfor your email from the table, always with
https://. - Enter your full email address,such as
[email protected], not justyou. - Enter the mailbox password.It is not your client area or control panel password.
cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting both open Roundcube, where you read, write and search mail, manage folders and add a signature. See the Roundcube webmail features guide. On cPanel you can also skip the password: in cPanel open Email Accounts and click Check Email next to the mailbox.
3. If you can't log in
- Wrong password? Reset it in your control panel's email accounts screen. See managing your email accounts.
- Page stops loading after several wrong passwords? The server's firewall may have blocked your IP address. Stop retrying and open a ticket with your domain name and your public IP address.
- Certificate warning? Use one of the addresses above. For a new domain, the free SSL certificate can take a few hours to be issued.
