Email Setup — Microsoft Outlook

Settings You Need

  • Email: your full email ([email protected])
  • Password: your email account password
  • Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  1. Open Outlook > File > Add Account
  2. Enter your email address > Connect
  3. Choose IMAP
  4. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL
  5. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL
  6. Enter password > Connect

Outlook Setup (POP3)

Same as above but:

  • Incoming Port: 995 (SSL)
  • POP3 downloads emails to your computer (not synced)

Troubleshooting
