Sign In with Google

Sign in quickly and securely using your Google account — no password needed.

How Google SSO Works

When you click Sign in with Google on the login page, you are redirected to Google's authentication page. After you approve access, Google sends your verified email address back to {{COMPANY_NAME}}. If that email matches an existing account, you are logged in instantly. If no account exists, a new one is created automatically using your Google name and email.

Your Google password is never shared with {{COMPANY_NAME}}. Authentication is handled entirely by Google using the OAuth 2.0 standard.

How to Sign In with Google

  1. Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}} and click Login
  2. Click the Sign in with Google button below the email/password fields
  3. Select your Google account or enter your Google email
  4. Approve the permission request if prompted
  5. You will be redirected to your client dashboard

Linking Google to an Existing Account

If you already have an account with the same email address as your Google account, clicking Sign in with Google will automatically link them. You can then use either your password or Google SSO to log in.

What if My Account Uses a Different Email?

If your {{COMPANY_NAME}} account uses an email that is not linked to a Google account, you have two options:

  • Update your profile email to match your Google email, then use Google SSO on your next login
  • Continue using password login — Google SSO is optional and does not replace password access

Disabling Google SSO on Your Account

If you prefer not to use Google sign-in:

  1. Log in to {{SUPPORT_URL}} with your email and password
  2. Go to My Account > Security Settings
  3. Remove the linked Google account if shown

You will still be able to log in with your email and password at any time.

Tips

  • Google SSO works with any Google account including Gmail and Google Workspace
  • If you see an error during Google sign-in, make sure third-party cookies are enabled in your browser
  • For business accounts with restricted Google Workspace policies, ask your IT admin to allow OAuth access to {{COMPANY_NAME}}
