Email Setup — Mobile Phone

iPhone / iPad

  1. Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other
  2. Add Mail Account
  3. Name, Email, Password, Description
  4. Select IMAP
  5. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL ON
  6. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL ON
  7. Username: full email address
  8. Save

Android (Gmail App)

  1. Gmail > Menu > Settings > Add Account > Other
  2. Enter email address > Manual Setup
  3. Select IMAP
  4. Incoming: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, Security: SSL/TLS
  5. Outgoing: mail.yourdomain.com, Port 587, Security: STARTTLS
  6. Username: full email address
  7. Sign In

Tips

  • Always use the FULL email as username
  • Use IMAP (not POP3) so emails sync across devices
  • If it does not connect, verify password by logging into webmail first
