What Is Refundable
- Shared Hosting plans — Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase (new purchases only, not renewals)
- Reseller Hosting plans — Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Overpayments or duplicate payments — Refundable in full at any time
What Is NOT Refundable
- Domain registrations — Domains are registered with the registry immediately and cannot be reversed
- Domain renewals — Once a renewal is processed at the registry, it cannot be undone
- SSL certificates — Once issued, SSL certificates are non-refundable
- Add-on services (WHOIS privacy, premium DNS, etc.) — Non-refundable after activation
- Hosting renewals — Renewal payments are not covered under the 30-day money-back guarantee
- Setup fees — If applicable, setup fees are non-refundable
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to {{SUPPORT_URL}}
- Go to Support > Open a Ticket
- Select the Billing department
- Use the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Service Name]
- Include your invoice number and reason for the refund
- Our billing team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued to account credit by default, which can be used for future purchases
- If you prefer a refund to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, card), mention this in your ticket
- Bank/payment method refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank
Partial Usage
If you request a refund within the 30-day window, the full amount is refunded regardless of usage during that period. There is no pro-rata deduction for days used.
