How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to account credit by default, which can be used for future purchases

  • Bank/payment method refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank

Partial Usage

If you request a refund within the 30-day window, the full amount is refunded regardless of usage during that period. There is no pro-rata deduction for days used.
