Your First Hosting Purchase
Ready to get your website online? Here is a step-by-step guide to buying your first hosting plan from {{COMPANY_NAME}}.
Step 1: Choose a Hosting Plan
- Visit the {{COMPANY_NAME}} website
- Go to the Hosting section
- Compare the available plans based on:
- Disk Space — how much storage you need for files, emails, and databases
- Bandwidth — how much monthly data transfer your site needs
- Websites — how many domains/websites you plan to host
- Email Accounts — how many email addresses you need
- Control Panel — cPanel (Linux), DirectAdmin (Linux), or Plesk (Windows)
- Click Order Now on your preferred plan
Tip: If you are starting a single WordPress website, the basic shared hosting plan is sufficient for most new sites.
Step 2: Configure Your Order
- Choose your billing cycle — longer terms usually offer a better per-month price
- Domain Name:
- Register a new domain
- Transfer an existing domain
- Use an existing domain (if already registered elsewhere, you will point nameservers later)
- Select any add-ons you need (extra SSL, backups, etc.)
- Click Continue
Step 3: Review and Checkout
- Review your order summary — verify the plan, domain, and pricing
- If you have a promo code, enter it in the promotional code field and click Validate
- Click Checkout
Step 4: Complete Payment
- Log in or create an account if prompted
- Choose your payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- Complete the payment
What Happens After Payment
- Invoice marked as Paid — visible under Billing > My Invoices
- Hosting account provisioned — usually within 1-5 minutes
- Welcome email sent — contains your hosting login details (control panel URL, username, password, nameservers)
- Domain registered (if you ordered one) — registration is completed within minutes
