Searching for Articles

Use the search bar at the top of the Knowledge Base page:

  1. Enter keywords related to your question (e.g., "change PHP version", "MX records", "email not working")
  2. Results are ranked by relevance
  3. Click on an article title to read the full guide

Search tips:

  • Use specific terms rather than full sentences
  • Try alternative keywords if your first search does not find what you need (e.g., "FTP" vs "file upload")
  • Search for error messages to find troubleshooting guides for specific errors

Most articles follow a consistent structure:

  • Troubleshooting — common issues and fixes
