Reset Password via WhatsApp or SMS
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using WhatsApp, SMS, or email — whichever is most convenient.
Option 1: Reset via Email (Default)
- Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}} and click Login
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam/junk if not found)
- Click the link and set a new password
- The link expires in 1 hour — request a new one if it has expired
Option 2: Reset via WhatsApp
- Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}} and click Login
- Click Forgot Password?
- Select the WhatsApp option if available
- Enter the mobile number registered on your account
- You will receive a WhatsApp message from {{COMPANY_NAME}} with a one-time verification code
- Enter the code on the reset page
- Set your new password and confirm it
Option 3: Reset via SMS
- Follow the same steps as WhatsApp but select the SMS option
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP on the verification page
- Set your new password
Important Notes
- WhatsApp and SMS reset are only available if a verified mobile number is linked to your account
- If you do not have a mobile number on file, use the email method or contact support to update your number
- OTP codes expire in 10 minutes — request a new one if it has expired
- For security, password reset links and OTPs can only be used once
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
- Avoid reusing your last password

If none of the above methods work:
- Open a support ticket at {{SUPPORT_URL}} from any email, mentioning your registered email address
- Our team will verify your identity and assist with the reset manually
