Reset Password via WhatsApp or SMS

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it using WhatsApp, SMS, or email — whichever is most convenient.

Option 1: Reset via Email (Default)

1. Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}} and click Login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link (check spam/junk if not found)
5. Click the link and set a new password
6. The link expires in 1 hour — request a new one if it has expired

Option 2: Reset via WhatsApp

1. Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}} and click Login
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Select the WhatsApp option if available
4. Enter the mobile number registered on your account
5. You will receive a WhatsApp message from {{COMPANY_NAME}} with a one-time verification code
6. Enter the code on the reset page
7. Set your new password and confirm it

Option 3: Reset via SMS

1. Follow the same steps as WhatsApp but select the SMS option
2. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
3. Enter the OTP on the verification page
4. Set your new password

Important Notes

• WhatsApp and SMS reset are only available if a verified mobile number is linked to your account
• If you do not have a mobile number on file, use the email method or contact support to update your number
• OTP codes expire in 10 minutes — request a new one if it has expired
• For security, password reset links and OTPs can only be used once

Password Requirements

Your new password must meet these requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
• Avoid reusing your last password

Still Cannot Reset?

If none of the above methods work:

• Open a support ticket at {{SUPPORT_URL}} from any email, mentioning your registered email address
• Our team will verify your identity and assist with the reset manually
