From the Client Portal

  1. Go to Support in the sidebar
  2. Click "New Ticket"
  3. Fill in:

- Department — Technical Support, Billing, Sales, etc.

- Subject — Brief description

- Related Service — Select if applicable

- Priority — Low, Medium, High, Urgent

- Message — Describe your issue in detail

- Attachments — Screenshots or files

  1. Click "Submit Ticket"
