How to Create Your Domain India Account
Creating an account at Domain India is the first step to purchasing domains, hosting, SSL certificates, and other services. This guide walks you through the registration process.
Creating Your Account
Step 1: Visit the Website
Go to https://domainindia.com/support and click Sign Up or Register in the top navigation.
Step 2: Fill in Your Details

Step 3: Set a Strong Password
Choose a password that:
- Is at least 8 characters long
- Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
- Includes numbers and special characters
- Is not used on any other website
Tip: Use a password manager to generate and store a unique, strong password.
Step 4: Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Domain India
- Click the verification link in the email
- If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder
- Click Resend on the registration page if needed
Step 5: Log In
- Go to https://domainindia.com/support/client
- Enter your email and password
- Click Login
- You will see your Client Portal dashboard
Account Created During Checkout
If you place an order without an account, one is created automatically:
- Add a product to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Select I am a new customer
- Fill in your details and complete the order
- Your account is created with the details provided
- Login credentials are emailed to you
Setting Up Your Profile
After creating your account:
- Go to Account Settings or My Profile
- Verify all contact information is correct
- Add a GST number if applicable (for tax invoices)
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication for security
- Set your notification preferences
Client Portal Overview
Your dashboard provides access to:
- My Services — Active hosting, domains, and other products
- Invoices — Payment history and pending invoices
- Domains — Domain management and DNS
- Support — Submit and track tickets
- Account Settings — Profile, security, notifications
Troubleshooting
Did Not Receive Verification Email
- Check spam/junk folder
- Whitelist emails from Domain India
- Click Resend Verification Email on the login page
- Try registering with a different email address
Cannot Log In
- Verify you are using the correct email address
- Click Forgot Password to reset your password
- Clear browser cache and cookies
- Try incognito mode
Account Locked
- After 5 failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked
- Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
- Contact support if the issue persists
