Stay informed about scheduled maintenance, new features, service changes, and important notices from {{COMPANY_NAME}}.

Where to Find Announcements

Client Portal

  1. Log in to {{SUPPORT_URL}}
  2. The dashboard displays the latest announcements at the top
  3. Click on any announcement to read the full details
  4. Older announcements are available in the Announcements section from the navigation menu

Email Notifications

Important announcements are also sent to your registered email address. These include:

  • Scheduled maintenance windows — planned server restarts, upgrades, or network work
  • Service disruptions — unplanned outages or degraded performance
  • New product launches — new hosting plans, domain extensions, or features
  • Policy changes — updates to terms of service, privacy policy, or pricing
  • Security advisories — important security patches or recommended actions

Types of Announcements

  • Maintenance Notices — Scheduled work that may briefly affect your services. These are posted at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
  • Incident Reports — Details about ongoing or resolved service issues, including root cause and resolution steps.
  • Feature Updates — New capabilities added to your hosting panel, billing portal, or domains management.
  • Promotional Offers — Limited-time discounts or special deals available to existing customers.

Managing Your Notification Preferences
