2. What every plan includes
All three plans list the same stack: Windows Server 2019, IIS 10, the Plesk Obsidian panel, .NET 9, 8, 7 and 6, .NET Framework 4.7.2 and SQL Server 2019 Express. On every plan you log in to Plesk with one click from the client area, upload over FTP with explicit TLS, and send mail on port 465 with SSL/TLS.
No plan includes SSH, SFTP or Remote Desktop, and port 587 is closed for mail. Details are in Windows Hosting Features Overview.
3. Which plan should you choose?
Count your databases first: an application with a separate database for each environment or module can outgrow ASP Starter's single database quickly. If your site runs on PHP, such as WordPress, choose Domain India's cPanel or DirectAdmin hosting instead.
