What is 2FA?

Requires two things to log in:

  1. Your password
  2. A 6-digit code from your authenticator app

Steps to Enable

  1. Go to Security then 2FA
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Download an authenticator app:
    • Google Authenticator
    • Authy
    • Microsoft Authenticator
  4. Scan the QR code with your app
  5. Enter the 6-digit code shown
  6. Click "Verify and Enable"
  7. Save backup codes securely

Lost Authenticator Access?

  • Use a backup code to log in (each code works once)
  • After logging in, set up 2FA again on new device
  • Lost both? Contact [email protected]

Disabling 2FA

  1. Go to Security then 2FA
  2. Click "Disable 2FA"
  3. Enter password to confirm

Tips

  • Always enable 2FA — best way to protect your account
  • Save backup codes in a secure location (not on your phone)
  • Codes refresh every 30 seconds
