Your AI website can take bookings online: appointments with you or your team, admissions to courses and batches, room bookings, or tickets for events. Each is a paid bookings app that you add from the editor's Apps tab, with its own booking admin. This guide shows the four types, their plans, and how to add one.
Open your site in the AI Website Builder, click the Apps tab, and under Add to your website choose Appointments, Courses & classes, Rooms & stays or Events & tickets, then click Add. Pick the plan, type the business name for bookings, click Continue to payment and pay. The app is set up as soon as the invoice is paid; then click Open booking admin. Prices start at ₹299 a month, excluding GST.
Before you start
- Your website needs a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business). On the free trial, the Apps tab asks you to choose a website plan first.
- One bookings app per website. Choose the type that fits your business. A website can have a bookings app and an Online Shop together.
- The account owner buys apps. Team members cannot buy an app for the account.
The four booking types and their plans

Add a bookings app
- Open your website.Log in, go to AI Website Builder in the client area and open your site in the editor.
- Open the Apps tab.Under Add to your website, find the type you want and click Add. Types that suit your kind of business are marked Suits your website.
- Choose a plan.For Appointments and Courses & classes, choose Basic or Pro. Rooms & stays and Events & tickets have one plan, which is shown for you.
- Name it.Type the Business name for bookings that your customers will see.
- Pay.Click Continue to payment and pay the invoice that opens.
- Wait for set-up.The app's card in the Apps tab shows Paid, Creating app, Installing and Final checks. This usually takes a few minutes, and the page updates by itself.
Set it up in the booking admin
When the card shows Open, click Open booking admin. It opens with a one-time sign-in link. The card also shows your next step, for example:
- Appointments: add your services and the people customers book, with their hours, then open bookings.
- Courses & classes: create your first course or batch with its schedule, seats and fee, then open admissions.
- Rooms & stays: add your room types with their rates and how many of each you have, then open bookings.
- Events & tickets: create your first event, add ticket types and prices, then open sales.
The booking admin has Bookings, Services and People tabs and a More menu with, depending on your type: Holidays and changed hours, Courses and batches, Students and fees, Rooms and prices, Room calendar, Events and tickets, Check in at the door, Attendees, Booking rules (open bookings, notice, how far ahead, cancelling), Calendar feed (your bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar), Payments (deposits by UPI or your Razorpay or Cashfree), Team logins and Export my bookings.
Deposits, fees and ticket payments go to your own UPI or your own Razorpay or Cashfree account, which you set up under More → Payments in the booking admin.
A booking link instead
If you already use another booking service, you do not need an app: add your booking link under Grow → Marketing (Trust & bookings) and your site shows a booking button that opens it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add bookings on the free trial?
No. Apps run on websites with a paid plan. Choose a website plan first, then add a bookings app from the Apps tab.
Can I have appointments and events on the same website?
No. A website has one bookings app, so choose the type that fits best. A website can have one bookings app and one Online Shop.
How much does it cost?
Appointments and Courses & classes are ₹299 (Basic) or ₹699 (Pro) a month, Rooms & stays ₹699 and Events & tickets ₹299 a month, excluding GST, in addition to your website plan.
Can I change from Basic to Pro later?
