How Billing Works

Here is everything you need to know about invoices, payments, renewals, and due dates at {{COMPANY_NAME}}.

Invoice Generation

  • Invoices for new purchases are generated immediately at checkout
  • Renewal invoices are generated automatically 14 days before the service due date
  • All invoices are visible under Billing > My Invoices in your client portal at {{SUPPORT_URL}}
  • You will receive an email notification when a new invoice is generated

Payment Methods

{{COMPANY_NAME}} accepts the following payment methods:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI app
  • Credit / Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
  • Net Banking — All major Indian banks
  • Account Credit — Prepaid balance in your {{COMPANY_NAME}} account

Paying an Invoice

  1. Log in to {{SUPPORT_URL}}
  2. Go to Billing > My Invoices
  3. Click Pay Now next to the unpaid invoice
  4. Select your payment method and complete the transaction
  5. The invoice status will update to Paid within a few minutes

Auto-Renewal

By default, renewal invoices are generated automatically for all active services. When a renewal invoice is generated:

  • You receive an email notification with the invoice details
  • You have until the due date to pay the invoice
  • If payment is not made by the due date, the service may be suspended

Auto-renewal invoice generation does not automatically charge your payment method. You need to pay each renewal invoice manually unless you have account credit that covers the amount.

Due Dates and Overdue Process

Account Credit

You can add funds to your account credit balance at any time. This balance will be automatically applied to new invoices when generated. Go to Billing > Add Funds in your portal.

GST and Tax

All prices are inclusive of 18% GST as applicable under Indian tax law. GST details are shown on each invoice.
