Plans, Apps and Limits
What each plan includes
Prices are per month and exclude GST, which is added at checkout.

Every plan includes a PostgreSQL database, automatic SSL, custom domains, and deploys from GitHub or a deploy token.
RAM is per app, not shared. On App Developer, three apps each get their own 512 MB. The number of apps is what separates the plans.
Creating more than one app
If your plan allows more than one app, you create the extra apps yourself — there is nothing more to pay until you reach your limit.
- Go to Services → App Platform
- Click New App
- Name it and confirm
The app list shows how many apps you have used out of your allowance. When you reach the limit, the button changes to Upgrade Plan.
When you reach your limit
You can either upgrade to a plan with more apps, or delete an app you no longer need to free the slot. Deleting an app also deletes its database, so take a backup first if you want to keep the data.
What is not included
- No SSH or root access to the underlying server. If you need that, choose a VPS.
- No direct database connection from your own machine — your app reaches its database internally.
- App Platform is not for WordPress or static brochure sites. Use Shared Hosting or the AI Website Builder for those.
Renewal
App Platform is billed monthly. You will receive an invoice for each renewal — nothing is charged to a card automatically. If an invoice goes unpaid the app is eventually suspended, so renew before the due date to avoid interruption.
