Plesk is the control panel for Domain India Windows hosting. The quickest way in is one click from the client area, with no Plesk password. You can also log in directly on port 8443. This page covers both routes and the problems that stop people getting in.

Key takeaways

Sign in to the client area, open Hosting › My hosting, and click the Plesk button on your domain's row. In most cases Plesk opens in a new tab already signed in. To log in directly, go to https://yourdomain.com:8443, or to the panel URL on the Manage › Access tab, with your Plesk username and password. If you do not know the password, reset it from the same Access tab.

1. One-click login from the client area

This is the route we recommend. It needs no Plesk password.

  1. Sign in
to the client area with your Domain India account's email address and password.
  2. Open your hosting list.
Choose Hosting › My hosting, or go to /client/services/hosting.
  3. Click Plesk
on your domain's row. Plesk opens in a new tab. The button appears only while the account is Active.

In most cases you land on your Plesk dashboard already signed in. If a Plesk login form appears instead, the one-click session could not be created: set a new password (section 3) and sign in with it.

2. Direct login on port 8443

Plesk has its own login page:

  • Once your domain points at us: https://yourdomain.com:8443
  • Before that, or if the domain is elsewhere: the panel URL on the Login details card, under Manage › Access in the client area.

Sign in with the username shown on that card and your Plesk password. Always use https://. Your client-area password does not work here: the two passwords are separate.

3. Don't know your Plesk password?

You cannot look up the old one, but you can set a new one in a minute: in Hosting › My hosting click Manage, open the Access tab and click Reset password. You confirm with your client-area password. Step by step: How to Reset Your Plesk Password.

4. When login does not work

What you seeWhat to do
No Plesk button on your rowThe account is not Active. Check Invoices for an unpaid invoice, or open a ticket
Nothing opens when you clickAllow pop-ups for domainindia.com and click again
A Plesk login form instead of the dashboardReset the password from Manage, Access and sign in with it
"Invalid credentials" on the direct loginUse the username from the Access tab and your Plesk password, not the client-area one
The page times out on port 8443Try mobile data. If it works there, your office or college network blocks port 8443

If you have also forgotten your client-area password, reset it first at /client/forgot.

Protect the route in

Anyone who can sign in to your client area can open Plesk with one click. Turn on two-factor authentication for the client area at /client/security/2fa.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in to Plesk on Domain India?

Sign in to the client area, open Services, My Hosting, and click the Plesk button on your domain's row. In most cases Plesk opens in a new tab already signed in, with no Plesk password needed.

What is the Plesk login address?

Once your domain points at Domain India, it is https://yourdomain.com:8443. Before that, use the panel URL shown on the Access tab under Manage in your client area.

Is my Plesk password the same as my client-area password?

No. They are separate passwords, and changing one never changes the other. You can set a new Plesk password from Manage, Access, Reset password in the client area.

Why does the Plesk page time out?

Plesk uses port 8443, which some office and college networks block. Try the same address on mobile data. If it works there, ask your IT team to allow port 8443, or use the one-click login from the client area.

Why is there no Plesk button on my hosting row?

The button appears only while the hosting account is Active. If there is an unpaid invoice, pay it first; if the account is suspended for another reason, open a support ticket.

Ready to get in? Open My Hosting and click Plesk, read the Plesk Windows Hosting Guide, or open a ticket if you are stuck.
