What an app can never do

Make a payment, place an order, cancel a service, switch the nameservers a domain uses, get a domain transfer code, or see a password. Those stay in your account area, where only you can do them.

Staying in control

  • Every app you connected is listed under Security → Connected apps. Disconnect an app there at any time and it stops working at once.
  • When an app changes something for you, we email you what it did.
  • If an app does not offer something listed on this page, or you connected it before October 2026, disconnect it in Connected apps and connect it again to get the newer permissions.
  • An AI app can make mistakes. Check important answers in your account area before you act on them.
  • Something wrong? Ask the app to “open a support ticket about this”. It includes the details for our team.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

Connecting is free. The AI app’s own plan is between you and that app. Some website tools use your website plan’s AI allowance, and the app tells you before it uses any.

Is it safe?

You sign in on our own page and choose the permissions. The app works only with that account, cannot pay, order, cancel or see passwords, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Can it publish my website from ChatGPT?

Not yet. ChatGPT can build and edit your website; publish it from your account area, or ask Claude.

Which account does it use?

The DOMAIN INDIA account you signed in with when you connected. To use another account, disconnect the app and connect it again while signed in to that account.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

An AI app can make mistakes. It asks before changes that matter, we email you what it changed, and some changes (DNS, website edits) can be undone. Check important answers in your account area.

How do I disconnect it?

Open Security → Connected apps and choose Disconnect. It stops working at once.

The app works only with the account you signed in with, and only with the permissions you approved.
